What is OTB Performance?
On the Ball Academy takes pride in the performance levels of our players and coaches. We strive to ensure the standard of our training sessions is of an elite level and appropriate for the age group. We also work tirelessly to ensure our players are developing in a driven, competitive but safe and healthy environment.
The OTB Performance Committee is designed to create a clear pathway for any potential issues which may arise regarding our players’ footballing development and experience. Parents and guardians can find our OTB Performance form below to highlight any performance queries or issues for existing players at our club.
Who are the Performance Committee?
The committee are made up of our most experienced coaches who have been with the Academy for the longest period. The coaches have also coached at an elite youth level and experienced the elite youth pathway themselves as players, meaning they are best suited to make judgements on players’ development and performance.
